Wife & I are 70 & 69 years old respectfully. We lean carnivore. We are active. We have friends approximately the same age that lean into salads, carbs and avoid red meat. They can hardly walk up steps without help, wear Velcro shoes and talk pills & appointments incessantly.

Dangerous effects of low zinc on Testosterone
22 men were put on a zinc-deficient diet for 24 weeks to see what would happen to their testosterone
As a result, their testosterone dropped from 1150ng/dl to 305nd/dl after 20 weeks! That’s roughly an x4 drop

If you’re getting your meat from regular shopping centers, then stop.
Go to small farmers that you know have a fair practice OR go to trustworthy butchers.
You’ll never find quality beef in your average shops.

Getting to know your local rancher is severely underrated.
You get higher quality meat, they get more business, and everyone is more connected to their community.
It’s a win for everyone involved.
